Thanks to everyone who served, cooked, stacked oreos, donated money, led discussions, ate pizza, filled pantry bags, counted cans of vegetables, sang songs, and made a great trip. Special thanks to Tori our trip leader, and Transfiguration and Trinity Lutheran congregations!

Lutheran Campus Ministry at KU has been selected by KU Endowment as one of 16 student groups to participate in a crowd funding challenge. The groups with the most donors will receive prizes. First prize is $3500! The minimum donation that counts for the challenge is $6.
Because of the way this contest is set up, two $6 gifts are worth far more to us than one $12 gift. So, please ask your friends and family to donate too!
LCM will use all the money raised (and any prize money!) to expand our food outreach. We are working to fight student food insecurity by having two home cooked meals each week, readily prepared food available for hungry students, and we are working with KU’s Center for Community Outreach to set up a food pantry.
Here’s the fine print:
Donations must be made through the KU Endowment Ever Onward Campaign Website.
All money donated will come to us. KU Endowment is covering all processing fees. KU Endowment will not use your information to contact you in the future.
This is a fantastic opportunity for us, so please share with your family, friends, congregations, and others!
