LCM does a big service project about once a month, including volunteering at Habitat for Humanity and the Lawrence Open Shelter. Catherine Wilkinson is our service coordinator, and she's open to suggestion. We also encourage individuals to get involved in the community by volunteering at the Humane Society or other nonprofit organizations. Most students have limited time, but a fair number get involved.
