Faith is an important part of the campus experience. Here’s what is happening in the Fall of 2013:
- Interfaith Discussion This your chance to learn about other faith traditions, share your own background, sample foods, and just talk about our differences and similarities.
- Windows of Faith (for undergrads) This eight week discussion, led by Madeleine and Allyson gives you a chance to explore your own questions while reviewing the tradition. Come discuss the role of the Bible, the purpose of worship, ways to pray, and more.
- Theology Night. The ever popular, always fresh, and always challenging theology night, led by Marshall.
- Book Group Food, fun, and novels from a faith perspective are served up each month by this group of faculty, staff, retired faculty, and friends of KU.Recent novels range from “A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court” to “Home”. For a schedule of readings and location, please see the calendar.
Just like everything else we do, Christian education and faith discussions are student driven and often student led. For more information about any of these, or to add your own suggestions, email Madeleine, our education leader.
