Christian Education
At LCM we strive to include faith education in the campus experience. Opportunities change from time to time, but here is a selection of what is usually going on.
- Christianity 101 Evolution? What does God want from me? What does the Bible really say about sex? Why do we worship the way we do? We’ve all got questions and often the answers aren’t easy. This is a fun discussion of the basics of the faith, where your questions and thoughts are welcome.
- Book Group Food, fun, and novels from a faith perspective are served up each month by this group of faculty, staff, retired faculty, and friends of KU. Recent novels range from “A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court” to “Home”. For a schedule of readings and location, please see the calendar.
- Bible Study An introduction to one of the books of the Bible, led by a student.Want to talk about a particular book? Follow the link below to email your request!
Just like everything else we do, Christian education and faith discussions are student driven and often student led. Do you have a particular issue you want to discuss? A book of the Bible that you just don’t understand? Let Kara, our education leader know.
